Owner/Builder seeking help with the following:
1. ICF Product Procurement (bid request for ICF walls from ICF product distributors ... which one should I use?)
2. Engineering on Project (preliminary plans are completed)... I want an engineer familiar with the ICF product selected for the walls.
3. Contractor / Builder (for the foundation and ICF walls)
Project is a residential addition in the city of Palm Springs, California. We are adding approximately 1,925 square feet of additional building area enclosed by 165 linear feet of new ICF walls. Majority of walls will be approximately 9 feet high with portion around new living room rising up to 16 feet high.
I am ready to get this project moving forward ASAP. Financing already secured. Need assistance on determining which ICF product to use and need to find a California-based engineer to provide engineering for this project. Need CA licensed general contractor experienced with ICF construction who can provide experienced crew to prepare foundation and erect the walls. Also accepting bids for framing interior walls and roof. Very interested looking at the possibility of using steel wall studs on interior and/or roof.
